Carlton Porter Barrett Jr., 51, of Chambersburg passed away on Monday, October 22nd, 2018 at home. He was born on June 12, 1967 in Bethesda, MD, the son of the late Carlton, Sr. and Mary Ann Barrett. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 at Freedom in Christ Church with the Rev. Dane Pogue officiating.
