Obituary for Nicholas P. "Nick" Unger
Nicholas P. Unger “Nick”, 55, of Newburg passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born January 2, 1961 in Waynesboro he was the son of Mildred I. (Smith) and the late Merle W. Unger Sr.. Nick was an Independent Contractor, who enjoyed using his carpentry skills passed on to him by his father. He took great pride in passing on his hunting knowledge to younger family members. He loved being around children especially his nieces and nephews. Nick is survived by three Brothers: Merle Jr., David and Joseph; Eight sisters: Virginia Piper (Gary), Donna Dague (Walter), Holly Smith, Diane Middlekauff (George), Roberta Stambaugh (Gene), Debra Gress, Barbara Batley, Laurel Gordon. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 6PM-8Pm at the William F. Sellers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.sellersfuneralhome.com
