Ralph (Buzz) Henry Tolbert, 87, passed away on September 9, 2017 at home. Born February 2,1930 in New Franklin, PA, he was the son of the late John and Maude (McNew) Tolbert. Ralph worked as a farmer all his life. He enjoyed flying and going to air shows, playing the guitar, golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Ralph enjoyed being outdoors and had a love for nature. He is survived by his fiancé, Betty Huff; a son, Randall (Kelly) Tolbert; two daughters, Debra Clem, Tina Wallech; and several nieces; nephews; and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Tolbert; a brother, Jay Tolbert; and two sons-in-law, John Clem and Douglas Wallech. Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fayetteville, with Pastor Eloise Shanley and the Rev. Robert Mentzer officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the William F. Sellers Funeral Home. Internment will be at Lincoln Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at
