Obituary for Rosalie Jean Snider
Rosalie Jean Snider, 94, of Chambersburg, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 12, 1923 in Chambersburg, PA, the daughter of the late Robert R. Sr. and Melissa (Bietsch) Michaels. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Greenvillage. She enjoyed Crocheting and working word Search Puzzles. She loved her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by: three daughters: Jean (Barry) Runshaw of Orrstown, Donna (Wayne) Sergent of Chambersburg, Nancy Humphrey of Shippensburg; five grandchildren: Michael Runshaw (Amy Martin), Steven Runshaw, James (Danelle) Sergent, Melissa (Michael) Brown, William (Danielle) Humphrey, three great grandchildren: Jaden and Hannah Sergent, Levi Brown. She was the last of her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Snider (Jan. 24, 2015); three siblings: Virginia Weaver, Marion McGehee, Robert R. Michaels, Jr. and a great granddaughter, Abigail Rose Brown. Arrangements are by the W.F. Sellers Funeral Home. The Funeral will be Private. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery.
